Aileen Master as a busy mom, it was hard to find time to take care of myself. In 2011, I walked into ATY for my first Ashtanga class and I knew this is was what I needed. As I continued to take yoga, I fell in love with the practice and decided to share this passion with others. received I received my 200 hour yoga certification at ATY in 2014. I'm currently teaching Kids yoga, Heated flow and Ashtanga.

Michelle Stark is a level 4 YogaFit trained instructor. YogaFits philosophy is, yoga should be accessible to all body types and fitness levels regardless of age, size, flexibility, or injury. Michelle has been teaching for 10 years and tries to weave yogic philosophy into a gentle flow practice, with music to soothe your spirit and mind. In beginning yoga, we take the time to question the why’s and how's of the postures, while using the breathe to ease away anxiety. She can’t wait to see you in her classes!

Rochelle Kopicki discovered her love for yoga in 2013, during her weight loss journey. She immediately fell in love with online yoga classes, but yearned for more personal feedback from trained yoga instructors and a dedicated community to connect with. In September 2014, Rochelle attended her first class at ATY and began her 200 RYT teacher training shortly thereafter. Her personal connection with yoga lies in its ability to help her find inner peace and acceptance and reduce stress, while physically benefiting from the glorious stretches and movements of yoga poses. Rochelle delights in watching her students grow in their practice and safely guiding them to achieve their goals.

Russell Angeles I instantly knew that yoga was me. He enthusiastically completed his teacher training this year and is teaching being yoga & Heated flow.

Laura Collins is a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor and 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, specializing in Alignment-based Hatha Yoga. She is also certified in TRX Pilates, Zumba, Total Barre, ZENGA, Mini Yogis, Flirty Girl Fitness and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America for Group Exercise Instructors. One of Laura’s greatest joys is group exercise! She loves teaching it, and enjoys being a student. Laura began teaching in 2004. She now instructs at select studios, and also teaches the Wellness program for grades K-8 at an independent school. Laura is grateful for the opportunity to wake up every morning doing what she loves—sharing her gift of teaching, and motivating others to live a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. She is most thankful to her teachers, loyal students, and studio owners for their support over the years.
